I bought these for one of my broody’s chicks because it doesn’t seem to be thriving, probably the cold as she isn't that intent on warming them during the day. Anyway, it says to directly orally administer the drops at 1ml per kg of body weight. I don’t have any scales to weigh the chick but it only feels about the weight of two small eggs, maybe 100g?? Can I just give it 1ml or dilute it in a milk bottle cap? Chick is a Pekin, it’s comparable in size to a bantam Cochin. It’s nearly 4 weeks old.

I would just put a drop on the top of the tip of it's beak and let it wick in the mouth. I'd give about 2 or 3 drops.

I just gave it some. Managed to open its beak with my thumb and drop the liquid on its tongue. Other chicks seems fine, very lively, but this one seems reserved and droopy. Bottle says to repeat for 3 days so I’ll do that.
