dosing for deworming chickens

No I have antibiotic cream with pain help in it.

She seems better, but won’t eat or drink. Not seeing many maggots. Any ideas to get her to eat or drink? She’s in the house. Thinking about putting her back in coop in about 3 days because I wonder if she’s missing her coop. Probably not a good idea until she’s eating?

Try to not use antibiotic ointment with painkiller, but get some plain. Vaseline after disinfectant or Vetericyn would be okay. For sick chickens refusing food, water is most important. You can then also offer scrambled egg, wet chicken feed, tuna, and even canned cat food.

She started drinking and eating a little tonight ! I held the bowls up to her. I tried wet cat food and some corn. I’m so glad she’s starting to do this. She’s getting a little feisty and trying to fly out of her bath, so that’s a good sign too!
