dosing for deworming chickens

Can you get a clearer photo?
She’s in the tub now so will send a picture later. What will happen with the brown hard skin? Should I try and put some kind of lotion on it other than antibiotic cream? Thank you for all your help!!!
I haven’t seen any worms today but am still checking

Can you get a clearer photo?
After draining her bath there were small brown specks. Couldn’t really tell but wondering if it’s dead skin coming off.

Hopefully, the brown hard skin will eventually flake off and disappear, exposing healthy pink skin underneath. Are the little brown flakes the skin or dead maggots?
I couldn’t really tell what it is. Doesn’t look like a worm.
