Dosing for miconazole as mg/kg for smaller sized birds with suspected candidiasis?

Hi, I’m trying to find/calculate the appropriate dose for giving miconazole cream orally to a smaller sized bird (a starling, weighs approx 85grams) that I want to treat for candidiasis (I.e., what causes sour crop, starlings don’t have crops but they can get candida in the digestive system still).

I can calculate the dosing if someone knows what the ballpark dose is for the miconazole creams (I.e., 50mg/kg of weight, etc).

AFIK, there is no official dose for Miconazole Cream. It's often used off label in various ways to treat crop problems, vent gleet, etc., either orally or topically.

It may be better to order some Nystatin so you can administer doses correctly.
