Dosing for short acting penicillin injectable for duck

Short and simple - have 2 Pekín with bumble foot- tried holistic. Measures now knees are swelling- how much injectable penicillin or baytril to give? Called vet at in set said oral meds not a good option for ducks and they really aren't that experienced with ducks....
