Ok...I have one chicken that I want to dose with Sulfadimethoxine and I do not want to keep her separate from the flock nor do I want to dose the entire flock either.

I want to know how much of this stuff can I mix up twice a day to shoot down her throat via syringe? I know that it normally would mix 1/2 tsp per quart of water. Do you think if I mixed up a 1/4 tsp in a tiny bit of water, shot it down her throat twice a day...is this too much, not enough??

Any thoughts? Thanks everyone.

I think that would be too much. I'm dosing a chicken right now at 1/4 tsp. per quart of drinking water. That works out to a tsp. per gallon. Just mix up a quart and draw off into a syringe and tube feed her. I don't know, however, how much you would want to tube feed her. 20cc 2x a day would be my guess.
