Double egg

Does anyone know if this is a problem? The egg is attached at top. Laid by my pullet.

Yes. It's a problem. She's very close to having an egg binding episode.

To nip this in the bud, give her one calcium citrate tablet each day for a few days until you see that she's back on a one egg per cycle schedule.

This is the kind of calcium to give her.

Give it to all of them…. It won’t hurt.

I’m so sorry to keep bothering you. How do I give a chicken a tablet? Hold them and put it in their mouth to swallow? Maybe I can google how to administer

Stick it right in the beak. No problem swallowing. Just do it. Don't be paranoid of choking. Won't happen. Give it to all of the chickens as

Every time I’ve given an aspirin (half baby aspirin) or a calcium tablet, all I did was place it in the palm of my hand and offer it to them. They pecked it right out of my hand. If that doesn’t work I would do what azygous suggested.
