I cracked open a duck egg this morning for breakfast and this is the surprise that I found. I have NEVER had a double yoke DUCK egg. I wonder what would have happened, if I would have put this duck under my broody duck. Twins? Nawwwwwwww, probably not huh?

Double yolker duck eggs almost never hatch. The chances of them hatching are almost zero. There is simply not enough space, so one dies during incubation. The dead one then decays inside of the eggs and kills the second one along the way.
