Double Yolk

I remember reading something about why is double yolk is produced .... can someone remind me and let me know if the chicken is ok ?

She's probably fine, happens quite often.

Two ovum get released and encased at the same time.

Well, kinda....very rare for a double yolk to incubate and hatch alive.
