Oh she was a cutie. Love Chihuahuas, have had Chihuahuas for over 25 years. Also had Miniature Pinschers. When our Maltese passed away hubby said he wanted a dog with attitude. I laughed and said like Chihuahuas don't have attitudes. Got him a Min Pin(he named him Sargent Major Rocky Pain..aka Rocky). We lost him April 3rd at 12. Last 5 years he was diabetic, and went blind. He survived a deer attack. Deer was 2 houses away, jumped 3 fences and attacked him and Honey (5 pound Chihuahua). Honey didn't make it. Thank You, she was a sweetie. It hurt like heck, but had to be grateful we didn't loose both. Makes me mad as heck when I see people put up videos of their dogs with deer. We lived in town so I couldn't shoot it, I wanted too. They are bad in town.

People sometimes just don’t think that that’s a wild animal and they will act accordingly. People should be more informed on the dangers. A male is dangerous especially during mating season. They become very territorial.

Yeah bucks are real mean during rut. Luckily where we live now haven't seen 1 deer. The Prynees and Bluetick hound keeps everything away, except for birds of prey, but they chase them.
