Double yolker on day 14

Okay, sorry for double-posting BUT there is still life in the egg! I tested three in the water, and I knew one egg was dead. The single-yolked one jiggled, the dead one was still, and the double yolk jiggled. I double checked it, and I'm confident there is still a chick or two in there!

Update!

The single-yolk one has pipped, and it's a barred rock! The double yolk has not done anything. Definitely still alive though. It hasn't started to poke the air-cell yet, so what should I do? I have a steady hand, so I'm confident that I could pip it myself, but I don't know where. And how long do I wait?

this is what one lady did on youtube

I would leave it for now. If you assist too early you could kill them. Hatching tim is 21 to 25 days.

Of course, I just wanted to know when and how to help, so I have some answers for later when I do help.
