Double Yolkers and Hatching

We have quite a few double yolkers that have one yolk fertilized and the other is not. If I were to try and hatch these, what would happen?

We also occasionally get a double yolker where both yolks are fertilized. What happens to those if you try and hatch them?

I've read a few posts on here regarding double yolks with both fertilized. Apparently its very rare for the chicks to hatch and if they do they are rarely healthy. Just not enough space I guess.
