That’s what i was thinking. I went back and forth a bit, the spot is bigger than some of the pictures i looked up but not as big or target-y as other pictures I came across. With my rooster being young, however, I was kind of going with unfertilized anyway.

I'm no good at recognizing fertile eggs in pictures like that, or even when I crack them in my own kitchen. Apparently some people can tell by looking, but I am not one of them.

(Yes, I have tested it: crack a few eggs from a hen and see if they look fertile, then incubate the next eggs from that hen, and find I was wrong about fertility. I've been wrong both ways.)
