Doughy crop on 5 week old chick - help please!

Hi all, thought I'd update to report this hen sadly died two days ago suddenly. I got the vet to do a necropsy and they said she passed from liver failure and had lots of internal bleeding.

I'm not sure if it was genetic/related to her chick struggles.
