Thank you. It's kind of hard with birds, because I feel like there's very little I can do. I have an old rooster that someone gave me that had frostbite and lost all his toes. His one foot keeps trying to grow something in the wrong place so that foot swells up like a lemon and he hobbles around and can't roost, but he crows and eats and seems okay. Last winter we starting keeping him in a shower stall off our kitchen at night. But I just do not want to do that all winter long and I hate to kill someone just because their feet hurt in the cold.
