Draft free but well ventilated

How do you make your coop draft free but well ventilated? I am new to this and this will be my first winter with the girls. Any good ideas?
 
The best way is to put the ventilation up high where, even on their roosts, the wind doesn't blow directly ON the birds. That way it will sweep away the ammonia and moisture and not chill the birds :)
 
Try this ventilation page, if it doesn't work try searching Pat ventilation. There is tons of information there if searching that. Good luck, it was a very hard to wrap my mind around this concept too. Try this information and see what you think.
