hey everyone firstly would like to say , my first broody he just hatched a white chick with a black dot on her head , a gold chick , another whitey and a gold on the way , with 10 eggs fertile ready to hatch as well! and my question! Well , when do Drake curls appear? ive been incubating chickens A LOT but started on ducks this spring so , in my first duck incubation got 10 ducks! a black indie , 2 khaki campbells , 1 mallard X aylesbury and 6 aylesburys's! they hatched march 14th , and our now my gorgeuos qonderful babies that love their pond , but no sign of drake curls so far , any info on the matter is welcome! thanks also heres a few photos , their a lil outta date , but there you go must take some tomorrow and the one of the duck lying down is herie , he has verval disfunction , he is basically paralyzed

Very cute ducks, as far as the drake feather I'd say anytime now if they are 5 months old.

Very cute, I love the pond, we are going to be thinking about a small pond for the ducks all winter, and then implement the plan in the Spring! My pekin grew his drake feather I swear over night.

and thanks , yes we built the pond last minute! we had 2 days to buy everything and actualley build it so was a little last minute , but its nice
