Drake duck only mates with chickens.

My drake duck is 3 years old now same with all my other chickens n geese. He only mates with the chickens he has no interest in the other ducks. I'm trying to get him to not mate with the chickens since hes doing so all the time and not once have I seen him go after a duck. Any suggestions?

Drakes can overbreed chickens to the point that the hen can be injured or killed. He really should be separated from the hens completely, maybe with a few female ducks to help him readjust to the fact that he is, indeed, a duck.

I am surprised your hens aren't already dead,. drakes cannot mate with chickens they are not made to breed and your hens will be killed eventually
