Drake mating with younger ducks

Well you could just sit and watch, and act like nothing is going on.

My Runners will be 2 yrs old end of April and they still throw themselves at my Runner drake poor guy never gets a break and he has 2 Buffs that were hatched with them that are the same way. 6 females chasing after him daily.

Lol! Poor thing! I'll just tell my kids that they're trying to learn how to be aggressive or something like they would in the wild. Like what lions and stuff do. Lol! This is so embarrassing!

I have 2 hens that are about 1 year old my drake mates with regularly. I also have 2 younger ones that are about 10 weeks old who are actually bigger than either of the older girls and fully feathered, yet, still only 10 weeks old though. Do I need to keep the younger ones separated from the drake or will he "know" they are not ready?
