drake or duck?

she/he is a 11 month old pekin (has never laid eggs. i’m wondering if it’s a girl or boy?

for some reason i can’t upload videos but here’s a link to the videos (some of the quacks are from the other males but i can’t tell if this ones quack is female or male) they also all pull on her/his head feathers is that helps anything?

Does the duck in question quack loud(females) or sound more like a frog (males).

At 11 months (if it is a duck) if this is the 1st winter for the duck then it may have just not started laying and then due to lack of daylight won’t lay. They need 12 hours of daylight to produce. Good news is they should start laying any day.

In the second video that’s only 2 seconds if that is that duck making the noise then I’d say drake especially looking at the tail picture.

toward the end of the last video i can hear the duck make a noise. in the other videos i’m not sure if it’s her/him or the other boys
