Anyone within driving distance of SW Vermont (on the NY, Mass border) interested in a few very sweet 3-month old half Blue Runner, half Cayuga drakes?
Out of six that hatched, five were drakes! So, too many drakes.
They are beautiful--taller and thinner than a Cayuga but not quite as thin as a pure Runner. They are colored like Cayugas (dark green/black) and two are silver. Pretty tame, hand raised with a lot of love. I wouldn't give them to anyone who planned to eat them.
Alternately, I would trade a female or two for a drake or two.
