Drakes to ducks

Hello, some of y’all know I breed ducks. I do know the ratio drakes to hens but I do have a question, I have 9 drakes and 18 hens and was wondering if I could keep all the drakes. I really like them but will butcher them (know one wants them) if I have to. One I can get rid of but one if I have to get rid of him it will be hard. Any advice is welcome and appreciated! Thank you

Problems will arise if/when the drakes start gang breeding and injuring the hens. Have a 'Plan B' in mind in case that happens. If they have swimming water it is very possible that they will drown hens while gang breeding them.

what state are you in? mostly everywhere has a place that takes unwanted animals

Completely understand that. Where in the country are you? We have a woman who runs a rescue to rehome ducks. There may be something like that near you? Just an idea.
