My sexlinks are 2 years old. So far, no problems. One did get sour crop earlier this year, but she has recovered. Both survived a hawk attack last year. No hawk attacks since...but we lost a special Leghorn that day. Glad I only lost one though.

She was MY girl. I feel like the lurking Mother In Law sometimes.

I did name her Blue. Very not creative. I was calling her “the little blue baby” while speeding about trying to cure her fatal-level pasty butt.
So ‘Blue’ just stuck.

And then you renamed her Thunder which is 100x better but I still find myself calling her Blue sometimes .
