Hello

On my first date with my husband, I told him that I wanted chickens. Now, thirty years later, I finally have them! My dream was realized after a serious bout with cancer. Stage 4--colon mets to lungs. We have a lovely chicken coop with a fun run for our girls. Having the girls gets me outside and has inspired me to make some uplifting changes to my backyard landscape.

The team consists of 6 golden sex links and 1 black with teal sheen (What breed might this girl be?). Four of the golden sex links are twenty weeks old, and the others' ages are unknown.

Oh Welcome here Daisy. Glad you have chickens finally, the black girl is probably a black Australorp. I had one , her name was Aretha. Very likeable breed for me.
