A few more interesting dreams and their causes.
Dream No. 1. A few days after my sister in law's dog got hit by a car when I failed to find him, I had a dream. In the dream, I was outside, and I saw a brown, thrashing mass on the ground. I came over and saw it was Lucky He was thrashing about like he was having a seizure. He is newly decomposing in this stage, with flesh that is soggy and droopy. He gets up and snarls at me. I can see his eyes and they are yellow and crawling with maggots... and then I wake up.
2. It is the night after we narrowly missed a tornado. I dreamt I was out in the front yard trying to take a picture of a cloud formation that was becoming a tornado. I have always, in real life, had difficulties taking photos of clouds. In my dream I hear my brother yell from a distance "You'll never get a good pic of it, Hannah," and then he goes inside. Moments later, the cloud turns into a tornado. And it starts moving, obliterating neighbors' homes. As I run inside, I scream, "Tornado!"
To my horror, everyone is pale with large, dark eyes. And they all say in this monotone, "What can we do?" over and over. I hide under my bed and actually post this on BYC in my dream and by the currently viewing box there was Chickenfan4life. Lettering showed up beside my username and said, "You're da*ned." Then my computer shut down as well as my dream.
3. In this dream, every single animal from our past that we have owned came back to life and swarmed around our back porch as zombies, where they just waited and watched. Not hostile. Just watching.
4. After seeing a pair of dead coyotes by the road, well decomposed (gooey, black, soggy etc) I had a dream about them. They were in a field. The field turned red with the earth beneath it glowing, and the grass began to wave back and forth slowly and rhythmically, while drums that echoed beat a steady single beat: "Doom. Doom. Doom." over and over and over again. The coyotes rose, still decomposed, and danced and played in the field. And at the first craxk of dawn. they laid back down in the little impressions in the earth that they had been laying in previously.
Some unusual dreams indeed.
Quote: I particularly was haunted by No. 1 and 4.
O.O If I were you, I'd go see a psychiatrist..More horrifying dreams. I have had an issue with these for some time, now.
1. Remember those two dead coyotes mentioned above in my other dreams? I had another dream about them. I was climbing a tree not far from the field in which they were decomposing in. I had reached the top of the tree. The wind was blowing, it was so life like I felt as though I could feel the wind. And suddenly I heard something like a low flying lane, a loud "whooooosshhhhh" come from the field. I froze and stared, trying to see the field and what had made the sound.
Moments later I hear the clicking of toenails on the asphalt road by my yard. And one of the coyotes goes walking by. He is whole, new, and healthy. As soon as he was out of sight, I ran to the filed. Sure enough, he isn't where his body had been. And neither is the other coyote. I hear a gurgly snarl and turn around.
The reincarnation something-or-other had failed with the second coyote, and he was now partially fleshed in and looked horrifying! He leaped at me and I woke up.
(True dream.)
