I was not fast enough to get a photo before the wife put all the spices on: This is a Moyers CC male
processed @ 9 weeks old. Dressed weight 7.5 lbs. Feed free choice Poulin Quik Grow Broiler 20% From day one until butcher .
For reference he is in a 9x13 pan.
Soon to be put into the good old Ronco Rotisserie for 2 hours. Really impressed with the growth rate of these birds. First time I did the CC and will likely do more again.

He just about fills the Ronco

6lbs 1.5oz

I made a huge pot of stock out of him this last weekend, used my water bath canning pot as he was bigger than my stock pot. Got a quart zip bag full of breast meat, they were really quite a nice size for a DP bird. Canned 7 quarts of stock last night and have at least 4 more quarts left, might do that in pints tonight.

Nice looking bird! He does look filled out in the breast, no big keel bone prominently visible -- not a hatchery bird?
