Dried mealworms for chicks?

Hi!
I heard people say a lot of good things about feeding mealworms to chicken. I got dried mealworms from Walmart today. They look DRY to me. Are they ok to give to chicks?

yeah its ok. they ARE freeze DRIED mealworms.
