Drinking Out The Milk Carton

First....Gross!

Second, I only drink out of the container when theres only enough left for one glass...and thats mine!!

I'm so glad I don't drink milk - I share the frig with 3 adult males. What they do to the squirt cans of whipped cream! It never lasts more than a few days and nobody had dessert.

Never had a problem with this here... but most especially not after that one stomach bug came through...
DD minding her own business and BLUH... no warning. Dad cleaned her up... next day Dad minding his own business and BLUH... no warning.
Next day DS ... must have felt something cuz he made it to the loo.
Then next day DH got it AGAIN... he's the only one that had a jug of water in the fridge. Me and the kids just got a glass from the sink.
Since the bug is spread through spit and eww... get icky spit on bottle, drink from bottle, get sick all over again.
Threw away the bottle, threw away the bug. Got a bigger one with a spigot that we all use a glass with.

Don't think there's much risk of any of ours going that route... it was a REALLY icky bug.

It's just my DH and me now. He has his own milk (2%) and I have my own (skim, Horizon Organic). I can drink out of the carton to my hearts content now!

If we ever have company, I give them milk from HIS carton because he always uses a glass!!
