Have to keep some clay nearby....! I think the FAA will have to figure out some common sense ( a stretch for a federal agency) regulations about what can and cannot be done with these things.

After working for governments for over 40 years i would say it would be a huge stretch to expect the rulemakers to use any common sense. The rulemakers at the top just make more rules and laws to justify their existance. The guys in the field have to try against the odds to make the rules serve the people. Sorry but thats how it works!
