drooping lower eyelid

Hi! I have an 18-week old Rhode Island Red hen with a drooping lower eyelid. She seems to be eating okay, and behaving normally. Is this something that I should be worried about? I am also concerned that the other hens might notice and start pecking her. Any advice?

Sorry to not get back to you sooner. I guess I am internet-challenged. I tried to post a pictured, but couldn't do it. In the meantime, Rosie's eye is looking better.
