    Hi,
A couple of my hens seem to develop a droopy eye, maybe it's the face swelling a little.
It's only one one side. One of the hen is closing that eye quite a lot.
It is also accompanied by sneezing on occasions.
There is no discharge or wheezing.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Can you post some photos of the eye, face and hen?
Face swelling, sneezing and the droopy eye could be a respiratory illness.
I would separate them for the time being so you can monitor their symptoms. Adding some poultry vitamins to their water and feed them their normal feed.
You can flush the eye with saline to see if perhaps she may have something in it, if so remove any gunk/debris with a wet qtip. Apply some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment to the eyes.
