Drought in Texas to Affect Hummingbirds

well.. looks like i'll be buying a hummingbird feeder this week

At one point a couple of weeks ago, the hummers were emptying our two 1 quart hummingbird feeders daily. They've slacked off a bit.

Yup my grandma feeds the hummingbirds at her house and they are going through a ton of "juice". I watched several hummingbirds come and go over a hours time and drink it down several inches the other day. I am not sure how many she has that are coming to her feeder but it must be alot. Wish I could feed them here but I am afraid I would accidentally feed some of the neighborhood cats.

We've just noticed a few humming birds on our property and decided to buy a feeder today for them.
