Dry hatching!!! HELP!!

They are hatching on day 22 thats what is odd, so they arent early !! Unless the days were counted wrong

Just read again sorry,,,,,,,, where you said it was day 22............so I'm purplexed.......hmmmmmm...I would try lowering your humidity....what have you got to lose..?......... I have had shipped eggs that were damaged in shipping,, not to the point where the had become non viable but, the shells had weakened...and when the chicks started to hatch the shells just sort of burst open suddenly,, spilling out a chick that was not ready yet....yolk sac still on the outside...died immediately~.....

Alot of them have hatched with no problems and this is my first time and I am just worried that I am doing something wrong - I have a guage that shows temp and humidity and a glass therm and they have stayed at 100.00 and the humidity is at 65%.
