Dry Hatching in a Brinsea Octagon 20 Advance

Did you calibrate. Most of these models are factory set 1.2 deg F too low so you will get late hatches. Digital does not mean accurate. Calibrate before each and every hatch. I use a scientific mercury thermometer.
 
So if my octagon 20 advance is set at 99.4 and humidity 45% is this okay?
I am totally new to this.
I set eggs today. (april 29th)
