Does it readily drink/swallow with the qtip?
Might dilute some(instructions on bottle) and keep giving the fluids with the qtip.
Looks like serious neurological issues with neck and legs, not sure it will recover.

The chick needs to be placed in a chick chair or padded cup to get it upright. Can you the try to dunk it’s beak into water for ansecond to see if it will drink? If it won’t give the drops of PND orally. I am not sure this chick is going to make it, but it shouldn’t be left on it’s back. There are several chick chairs in this thread that can be made easily:

I would also try to keep the chick upright. Even a rolled towel, wedge the chick down in it. Holding and stroking the chicks neck may also help.
Anytime after giving full strength PND, I always follow with plain water. I hope she is doing better now.

Bummer, but it was doomed, IMO....hatching has some hard lessons.

on day 21 now & still got 12 not hatched. some have movement, took them out of egg carton & laid them naturally to see if I could see some rocking action so I’m still waiting... 5 healthy chicken out of 18 so far

welpp. that hatch is over! day 24 no sign of any further hatching. atleast I have 5 healthy chicks.

out with the old, disinfectant & in with the new (my own chickens eggs)
can’t wait got some different mixes this year...
