Wow that's odd...don't think I've ever seen that before...I'd be dissecting that.
I believe the yolk is fully absorbed in the abdomen.

i did it was thin skin, not left over yolk sac
never seen it before... idk mystery but chick is healthy & fine... we will see how the rest of the hatch turns out
curious to know about the skin though ?¿?

Only thing I can think is it was another embryo?
Did it have 'pores' (feather follicles)?
Wonder if it was tissue from inside of repro tract, or a chunk of lash' in the egg from the start?
Probably will never know.
