The story: the City doesn't have much land, which means not many rivers, lakes, and ponds, which is awful for the turtles. The summer is hot, almost boiling in New York. And not much nice land is left. The turtles are dying quickly, struggling to stay alive during the hot and and cold. Can the turtles make it to Oregon before their numbers drop too rapidly to exist? You decide!
