D'Uccle eggs hatching. On pins and needles

I took it out of the sling about an hour ago because it was really struggling, and there seems to be a little improvement. She still can't stand up though, and is sitting on her hocks, which isn't normal, right? I will load pictures tomorrow. Should I put her back in the sling or stop torturing her?

Maybe put her back in before bed and see if she needs the foot restraints. If she can’t stand up on her own, but puts her feet on the floor when suspended, that is what I would do. If her feet don’t go to the floor when suspended, I would put her legs back in traction.

She's doing much better today, she can stand and walk around, just a little unsteady. Thank you for the advice though, I will use it on future chicks if needed
