D'uccle Thread

Young birds go through mini molts as they grow, so feathers are replaced, but aren't really noticed, so patterns and colors can change as they get older. Most have their last baby molt at 5-7 months.

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me rehome 3 d'uccle cockerel's. I got the chicks from a hatchery, and they have been hand raised. They are very friendly and I would like to find other individuals who love this breed as much as I do. And advice on rehoming these guys? I have never rehomed any of my birds, so I'm just not sure the best way to find good homes!
Many Thanks!

I usually use craigslist, the Rooster Rehoming page on FB, and local groups on FB.

until just a few moments ago,we thought "Penny" was a silkie mix!!!! Never heard of a porcelain D'uccle! She is the only one we have and my favorite. She's so funny to watch walk around the yard with those feathered feet

She is adorable, I'm the one who let you know what your little girl is. I have a trio of roosters, they are funny old men who are getting too old.
