Love your set up!

lost my pullet lastnight in the freeze we had here in the 3d coast.... she was my DD and my fav girl! we beieve she was eggbound but not sure...
we both are very heartbroken!
first words out of her mouth was i want a new Morticia! one that wont die!

Aww. Was she out of the wind?

I just lost one that took chill; I had a few wild roos that would not come out of the rain
:( He got wet, did ok the first night so i thought but took a chill. I don't know what else it could be, everyone else is fine. He had a white comb and wattles, everyone else is bright red and looking good. Must've been a shock on his heart. :(

You might be able to change your order if it isn't too late to substitute some of those for whites, I would think. Welp has white ones too- I haven't bought any but was thinking about it awhile back.

I haven't posted on this thread in a while and I had a "photo shoot" the other day and I thought I'd share some of the better pics. Porcelain Hen Hurley, my Showmanship hen, she's such a sweety :love Pullet "#1", 6 months old Pullet "#2", 6 months old 6 month old Cockerel, "Red Red" Also, for you more experienced with genetics I have a question. If you breed a Porcelain to Mille Fleur and they produce 100% Mille Fleur chicks, are those chicks "split" to Porcelain? If they are bred to Porcelain, will produce a % of Porcelain and a % of Mille Fleur chicks? Thank you :)
Yes the first question on splits. The second on percentage... 50split/50porcelain I believe splits are heterozygous for the trait and breeding them to recessive porcelain would result in half heterozygous( split)

I was wanting to add them on to my order of mille fleurs. Would they let me even if I ordered them later than the mfd?
