Wow, after seeing those pics I am not sure about posting mine! These are my first trio of Mille Fleur's and they are from Ideal Hatchery, are are just under 4 months old. I am used to taking pictures of show horses, and dairy goats, so I was not sure where to even start with a chicken, so with the few pics I would love any feed back on how they look, or any suggestions on some angles to get for some better points to help anyone help evaluate! Again, I know these aren't great pics, but this was my first time with a chicken photo shoot, so i'm still learning...
My rooster looks at the camera with hatred gives it a terrible stink eyeTo get the pics i did i had to lurk for a long time! Mine are so quick and squiggly. ! They also think the camera is out to get them"Zoom" is your friend! lol
Shipping eggs to Alaska is tricky. I have done it, and some hatched, but the hatch rate is about 10%. The plane's altitude, extra shipping stress, and added time to ship all take a toll on viability. The farther the eggs have to travel, the less viability they have for hatching. That has been my experience, anyway.Hi everyone! I need eggs from all of the different D'uccle colors. In Alaska all we have are Millies and a small teeny tiny gene pool. Anyone willing to sell and ship?
