D'anver are bearded so it won't be one of those. What color is its earlobes? If they are white it could be a Dutch. What kind of comb does it have?

As for the d'uccle she never looked like a mille fluer chick. The pics I have seen of a mille gluer chick they are dark bronze color. She was blonder and a lot lighter as a chick so now I am thing golden neck too. She is beautiful! Thanks for all the advice/opinions/help!!!

Hey, I need some help with something:

when I first raised my d'uccle "baby nuggets," I was very bonded to a particular one named Hadassah. Although she wasn't exactly what I wanted in my standard breed (she barely has any white and doesn't have any fluffy cheeks) she has such an amazing personality and, not only that, but she also hopped up on my shoulder and, in some sort, acted like a falcon. She went places with me and, if I could understand what she was saying, spoke to me. I really love her. But when my other chick, Fluffy Cheeks Florence, got sick, I was so worried with her that I completely ignored and, often, shoved Hadassah away from me. Since then, she completely ignores me and walks the opposite direction, even when I call her name.

Now I'm trying to get back with her and I'm trying everything I can: food, just picking up and handling her, and talking to her. Any advice?

Mealworms are the fastest way to a chickens heart lol. Sorry about your situation. I have done the same thing. I ignore one when another needs the attention more. You hardly ever realize you are doing it at first. I try and pay more attention to it now.

Just found a picture of my mystery chick on the old English game thread. It was a porcelain color with blue/gray earlobe s, beak, and legs!!!!! So the mystery has been solved. Well at least good enough for me lol!

Here are my chicks that hatched a couple months ago, they grow up so fast!

Question, does any one else have an adult D'Uccle that still peeps like a chick? I have a hen that hatched last summer and she still sounds like a baby!
