Yep, looks like a black d'Uccle chick to me!
Mine hatch looking a lot like little penguins. There will be a touch of white on them as adults, usually on the tips of their foot feathers. Ron Tallent, Sr. told me last year that you need a touch of white on black birds to keep them 'true black'; Glossy black feathers with a green sheen. I have had some chicks with white feathers on their wings at 2 weeks old, that went to all black by 8 weeks old.
That said, I have noticed a couple of my recent chicks hatched with considerably more yellow on them, looking more like black mottled instead of black. I suspect I know which bird is throwing them, so I may pull her and sell her... She's adorably sweet and her type is good, though, so I will wait a few weeks to see how they feather out.
