The other day an opossum was sitting about 10 ft away from my chickens, and they didn't notice either!! It was a good thing one of my goats saw it, which made me see it. Otherwise I probably would have lost one of my chickens. I ran out their with a broom and chased that darn thing away! lol

The possum round here don't come out in the day time... I think the one you saw might have rabies

I actually use a turkey warning call that I heard when I was hunting when a wild turkey hen busted me. I tryed the call with my birds an it worked. Try different bird warning call an they might just respond to one

I think that means no detailed discussion about slaughter. Stating that she slaughtered some birds isn't really slaughter talk, it's merely just stating a fact... However, it's D'Ucclelover's opinion that counts...

Sorry..... My dad is going to be killing some soon and I told him I'm not eating them cause we raised them and there cute >.< and I'm like that with animals....
