Duchess hatches babies, saved eggs hatching in bator!

Duchess who is sitting on over 25 eggs has the first hatch this morning, a soft yellowish/white beautiful baby!

My hat is off to that little hen - how in the world can she sit all of those eggs?!!

That was after I stole some of them! At least two other hens were getting in there and giving her presents. She's an automatic broody machine, the other hens just chill out and let her, Charlotte, and the Sisters do the work.

I don't think even half will hatch since they are so many days apart. I know after she started sitting the other hens had been adding eggs up until about a week ago. I'm happy I only had one!! The best part of this, is a good bunch of those should be Nugget's offspring!!
