Hi, I have a duckling in my incubator that is trying to unzip and there is this yellow stuff coming out of the shell, is this normal? It looks like yolk but idk.

You may want to start a thread in the hatching forum. Yellow coming out of the shell is not normal.

Did you try sexing yours by their bills?

By bill color three of mine are female and five are male, however one bill is still pink which means I can't know for sure.

I'll vent sex once they're about four weeks old and I can see clearly.
