@CoriM how's your flock doing?
I hate to be negative, but I'm not feeling very upbeat right now. I had to put down one of my welsh last week as she came down with something and was getting worse to the point where she was clearly suffering. My pekin Puddles can barely walk, only goes short distances, and is all fluffed up, so I know it's painful. I've tried virtually everything with her and she's so sick of me stuffing meds down her throat. And I've been treating a bumble on my duclair Dolly for the last month with toothbrush, iodine scrub, and silver cream, but it's progressing and I pulled the scab off tonight and my bandage came off on the way back to the duck house twice - arghhhh! It's right on the tip of the toe, so hard spot to bandage. And she pooped on me and my floors about 8 times. I'm just feeling a little bit sad right now and not very hopeful. Ugh, sorry to be a downer!

I am so sorry to hear that you had to put your welshie down. It is never easy to see our ducks suffer and even harder when you have multiples ill. I hope things start getting better. :hugs

Awwhh.. so sorry. Duck drama can be rough.

Oh.. I'm so sorry to hear this. I know how you feel. :(

I don't know about your guys but it has been far too long since I have seen any ducky updates! I want to see some ducky photos!

@FunnyfarmMidwest @Overo Mare @Everose @Isadora @shawluvsbirds @HeatherKellyB @WVduckchick @Daphne_loves_mealworms @Miss Lydia @addctd2plnts @KaleIAm

I am sure I have missed some people.
Unfortunately I'm having some challenges myself recently. My partner has taken over duck duty for me as I am about to have spinal surgery. I miss my quackers, but I hear that they are doing well. I can hear Pigweed shout quacking at me from inside the house - entitled as always she wants me to take her for a walk. Hopefully I'll be back out there soon.

Kale, I hope your surgery goes super smooth and recovery is quick. You'll be back out there with them in no time, and in much less pain I'm sure!!! I'm glad you have someone you trust that is on duck duty :)
