This is my youngest Silkie, Fancy Nancy. She's 15 months old and the only Silkie that I hatched here, purchased eggs from a breeder. Silkies should have blue/teal earlobes, that's one thing you can check to identify the breed. Just a warning, Silkies go through a very awkward stage, at least the really fluffy ones do. I don't recall my hatchery Silkies having the extremely awkward stage that Fancy Nancy had. I was worried that she wasn't going to be so, well..... Fancy. She feathered in to be a gorgeous girl, in my personal opinion and she one of the sweetest birds I have.

Notice how dirty my shop floor is? This is what happens whenever they have just finished dustbathing and them come inside to shake off

She favors my Fancy Nancy, but I didn't expect her to be blue. She had quite a bit of blonde at hatch. It looks like your little one has a bit more "blonde" but I am not good at this stuff.
