My chickens LOVE pokeberries! Goats too. You could eat it, but only if you prepped it right🤪.

She's probably gonna be fine, though mine never did get to eat any pokeberries. My white chickens are purple most of the time from eating those.

I know it's not the same at all, but I actually watched Victoria (Cochin/NN cross) eat poke berries last week for a little while before I thought they might be poisonous and shooed her away. She's OK and running around like her crazy normal, for her, self. I'll be praying for Roxy. I was reading up on this after your post and it said that the berries have a VERY hard shell. I believe that she'll needs to be penetrated to get to the poisonous part. Now I'm not 100% sure about that but it certainly made me feel a little better. It makes sense
