Do you have too many ducks?

Everyone else’s ducks and chickens are so brave! My girls refuse to leave the barn when there’s snow or if it’s below 20 degrees (99.9% of the winter). I think Matilda would like to go on adventures, but she won’t go anywhere alone and the Muscovies and Daphne aren’t interested. It’s a good thing it’s a big barn…

I had to force everyone to bathe the other day as they were in need, then had to use a hair dryer on the Muscovies as they were otherwise planning on just sitting still and freezing solid :barnie. Note: my most stand-offish girl adores the hair dryer!

Anyways, please tell me I’m not alone in having wimps!
We don't get snow, but my husband went outside one morning and thought something happened to the ducks. All he could find was our Muscovy. Everyone else was still hiding in the coop. It wasn't even cold, just really windy and rainy. They eventually came out, but they really didn't want to at first.

Picture overload! Sorry it took me so long.
I also haven't gotten pictures of my two buff drakes yet, they're a bit more shy than my ladies.

This girl in front is my darkest Saxony, she's got blue spots on her feathers.

Here's some photos of my most quirky buff girl. The buff turned out quite nice.

This photo really shows why I'm keeping two drakes. The one on the left has imperfect plumage but a nice wide body and great separation between those breasts. The one on the right has gorgeous plumage but he's just a bit pinched in some areas.

I still haven't named any of the Saxony yet, they're not quite as spunky as my buff so I'm not sure how to name them.

Beautiful ducks! They all look so sweet.

I named my Saxony drake Shultz going with a German name, but my husband swears he more looks like a Larry.

I think I'm going to give them human names now:lau

Love to hear what you come up with for them.
Okay...

My two drakes are Wade (my big boy) and Duke (my fancy feathered boy).
My girls are, Dixie (the dark one with blue spots), Ila Rose, Georgina, and Magnolia.
